Minnesota Insealators, Inc. has been installing Icynene® spray foam insulation for over 9 years servicing Minnesota, western Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. Excellent service, 17 year's combined experience, and state of the art process & equipment are what excels us above the rest.
  • Experience:
    Seventeen years of extensive experience in remodeling, roofing and new home construction provides our customers with the valuable tools expected in obtaining excellent service.
  • Equipment:
    Minnesota Insealators uses Gusmer and Graco equipment to install Icynene® . Both prove to provide exceptional, continuous, quality applications.
  • Procedure:
    Icynene® is a two-part 100 to 1 expansion foam. The process includes spraying 1/16 of one-inch of Icynene® into the wall cavity. The foam expands to 6 and 1/2 inches and is fully cured in 15-20 seconds. After a short waiting time of approximately 30 seconds, the foam is then cut flush to the stud and scraped clean. And on new-home construction, all double studs and floor plates are caulked to seal the air envelope.
